Weekend Reflections #11: Rainbow Harbor Long Beach

Weekend Reflection can be found at Newtown Area Photo hosted by James Whom we are grateful to for taking the time!

Many of you may not know but the Queen Mary has been permanently parked in Long Beach Calif for a long time. Every year my husbands employer holds a Christmas party at Parkers Lighthouse at Long Beach in a real lighthouse and we look at the RMS Queen Mary while enjoying our friends for Christmas. I want to share with you the shot of the RMS Queen Mary at night, she is truly lovely. Please click to enlarge.

Your Queen Mary photo is really beautiful. The ship is only one part of what makes this picture. The lights, reflections, colors, etc all add something special. My wife and I used to enjoy eating at Parker’s Lighthouse. They have a great Bananas Foster dessert. I like the view of the Queen Mary but it’s been 35 yrs since I was aboard.
